BRIEF DESCRIPTION

Situated off of Roubaix Lake Road and Highway 385, in the heart of the Black Hills, this home is perfect for groups and families, small and large! The home has four bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a large open plan kitchen and dining area. Extensive windows on all sides of the home offer unparalleled views, mountain vistas, and the abundant and ever-present wildlife.

BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS

There are four bedrooms and two and a half baths in this home. The master bedroom, with a King size bed, and ensuite bathroom that has a walk in double headed shower. The other three bedrooms are located on the other side of the home and of course all with King Size beds.

KITCHEN/DINING

The main floor consists of an open plan with the kitchen, dining and living room areas. You have access onto the decks from the main living area, garage and master bedroom.

LIVING ROOM

Reclining lazy boy chairs and couches with recliners, big screen TV.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES

Covered and uncovered decks, propane gas grill, flat iron grill and enough seating to just hang out the rest of the day with family and friends after a day of playing in the Black Hills.

From Rapid City, go west on Hwy 44 to Hwy 385 North towards Deadwood. The home is across from Custer Crossing Campground on the west side of the road by the old big white barn that sits on our ranch. Turn in front of the large white barn and follow the gravel road to the front of the cabin. Please do not park trailers or trucks in the grass. Park only on the gravel.
